The sinister organization known as Pentacle has commission dark sorceress, Amethyst, to summon a demon, known as "the t0rturer of souls", after losing an agent, who attempted the same task.  Amethyst scoffs at the missing agent's amateurish attempt and happily accepts the assignment.  However, during the summoning the cocky, raven-haired witch misspeaks the incantation, when she steps on the missing agent's lapel pin, barefoot!  

Now, instead of "the t0rturer of souls", she finds herself facing "the t0rturer of soles" … the Ticklante!  Worse yet, she doesn't realize that she's in his lair!  Soon, the sexy, alabaster-skinned sorceress is trapped in the stocks, not knowing what's to come next, til evil fingernails skitter up and down her soft, tender soles and toes!  She guffaws and cackles, begging for mercy almost instantly as her toes squirm and her pale soles scrunch and flex! 

Ticklante hasn't fed off the laughter of a ticklish woman for a while and this one's is sweet!  Soon, feathers, oil, brushes and the steel chopstick have Amethyst in foot-tickled agony!  She shrieks and howls with laughter, imploring him to tell her how to send him back to his realm!  Unfortunately, the tickle demon has established a home here in the earthly dimension and has no plan to leave anytime soon … especially while he has a beautiful ticklee like Amethyst in his clutches!  Will Amethyst sell out her Pentacle employers?  And if she does, will it really stop the Halloween tickling nightmare!  Find out, in this hysterical Halloween special!

Sexy, statuesque femme fatale, Scorpion (Sablique Von Lux) goes on a rampage in Detective Joe Jutsu's office!  Apparently making her new assistant, Nikki Brooks, spill the beans on her crooked operation was less than well-received.  She makes it clear that Joe needs to go in with her on her counterfeiting racket, or else!  After a considerable struggle, our hero manages to subdue the black-clad wildcat and strap her into the stocks!

Det. Jutsu wants to know how Scorpion's counterfeit scheme works and who's printing the money.  He also wants some payback, for Scorpion wrecking his office, so he removes her gold and diamond encrusted, scorpion motif stiletto heels and the tickling begins!  Scorpion's big, size 9 feet twitch, flail and squirm about helplessly, toes scrunching, flexing and writhing, uncontrollably!  The sassy, would-be executrix shrieks, cackles and guffaws, amid pleas for mercy!

Feathers, fingernails, the steel chopstick, steel claw, oil and various brushes keep the sultry fatal femme in a state of foot-tickled hysterics, laughing and snorting, helplessly!  However, even in the midst of her ticklish suffering, she tries to sell Joe on her scheme and recruit him!  But, soon enough, she's ready to do anything to make the foot-tickling cease … even be Joe's secretary, to pay for the damage to his office!
