Dakota Charms is a spy who is holding a secret formula. She has been tied to a bed by her arch villein Russell Grand. He is determined to retrieve the formula and he tickle Dakotas feet with a feather. Dakota laughs and pleads but refuses to talk. Russell continues his torment with his bare fingers and the hairbrush but Dakota stays strong. Finally Russell has had enough of waiting. He escalates his torture by using his bare fingers to tickle her belly, sides, and armpits. Dakota laughs and squirms untill she can't take it any longer and finally gives up the formulas location.
