Rachel has to hold a piece of paper between her toes while I tickle all over her bare soles and toes with the feathers, my fingers and the brush. If she drops the note, she gets tickled all over. Rachel does a really good job at keeping the note between her feet while laughing hysterically when I find the best spots under her toes and wrinkled soles
