Storm goes into the stocks in a tight dress with sheer pantyhose as Roxee tests out her nylon feet. She’s so ticklish that Roxee turns her into a complete wreck in no time as she removes her heels and goes from light teasing tickles, to full-on punishment of her helpless soles! Storm squeals and shrieks as Roxee tickles the hell out of her, finally adding the toe-ties for a finale that actually makes Storm tap-out as she really can’t take any more.
