Megan Jones and Amethyst continue negotiating the territorial dispute for their respective gangs.  However, mediator, Joe Jutsu, insists that Megan endure the same foot-tickling ordeal she inflicted upon Amethyst, to see which of them can hold out the longest.  This will decide which gang takes the lion's share of the territory.  Amethyst is more than willing to give Megan a taste of her own medicine!

After being saved by the Plumenatti, Detective Joe Jutsu is sent to cover a case in London, England!  He has to retrieve a ledger full of names of people ready to testify against major crime families.  Unfortunately, before he can wrap up the case, the ledger is stolen from his hotel room, by Boss Olivia Lunden (Olivia Berzinc)! 

When Joe tracks down the ledger, he's met by Boss Livvy's enforcers, Legs and Knuckles (Priya and Preeti Young)! After a scuffle, involving a beatdown and some stinky feet in his face, Joe manages to subdue to troublesome duo and tie them up!  He needs to where the ledger is being kept, but the tough, sexy Brit assassins are tight-lipped … til he removes their shoes and tickles their bare feet!

Both Legs and Knuckles come apart at the seams as fingernails, feathers, oil, brushes and the steel claw reduce them to cackling lunatics!  The laugh-addled twins flail and struggle, in a sole-scrunching, toe-squirming tickled fit!  He even laces the bouts of tickle torment with a relaxing foot massage, to keep them off their guard!
