Numa wants to ambush Eve when she returns to the lair, but while looking for a place to hide to ambush her, she is surprised and attacked by Eve. The girl thus finds herself gagged, blindfolded, with a straitjacket preventing all movement, and her feet blocked by a gibbet. Now Eve’s interrogation can begin! The girl knows how to make her talk: she has with her a set of instruments to tickle Numa’s feet until she speaks and reveals the plans, the principals, and all the details she wants to know.
