The masked man approaches, yanks the blanket away, and tickles her feet right over her shoes. After some time, he removes her heels and starts tickling her soles through the nylon. Mandy squirms, squeals, and laughs uncontrollably, unable to escape or resist. Her nylon-covered feet are highly sensitive, and she can’t help but laugh.

Then, he tears her nylons open, exposing her bare feet. He secures her toes in the stocks, spreading them to make her even more vulnerable to tickling.
