Foot model would sit on the floor with her foot slightly in the air while the tickler just tickles under her foot while the foot twirls around. You can do both feet one at a time but mostly tickle her left foot so we can get a good view of the nails tickling the sole of her foot. I really like when she tickles using just her index finger so I would love to have a lot of that with the long nails (black nail polish).
