Thanks to being ratted out by fellow inmate Vicky Vixxx, Terra Mizu is finally collared and incarcerated, once again! Terra doesn't have any info, but prison guard, Andi Page, still owes her one, so she's locked away in the stocks … after a bit of resistance.
Andi takes off Terra's shoes and socks and the tickling begins! Terra has a reputation for being tough, but obviously that rep wasn't gained, while she was barefoot! Terra cackles and shrieks as Andi's vengeful fingernails attack her big, size 9.5 soles and wriggling toes! Thanks to Terra and Vicky, Andi has had to take a pay cut and other disciplinary action, so revenge is sweet!
And not only will this tough, but ticklish inmate be tickle-punished now, but Andi thinks that a daily foot-tickling will become part of Terra's new regimen! Looks like crime does pay … but only in disciplinary tickles!
