Shilo Vixen is all tied up, with her feet all locked up. Shilo’s toes are tied back, and she is asked several questions about tickling. Shilo is tickled with an electric toothbrush, and a pin wheel and she laughs even harder. Shilo begs for mercy while she is tickled with lots and lots of tickle tools, and she has to rate them all!
