Vicky and Karly have planted some sort of device in Agent Fixx’s safe, and changed the combination! But, as they try to make their escape, Fixx catches them. He wants to know what’s going on, but neither of them wants to talk.
Soon enough, the two of them are strapped into the Sole Stealer, and laughing hysterically as their ticklish tootsies pay the price for their attempted silence! Fingernails, feathers, oil, the hairbrush and other tickle tools break them down bit by bit, as they gradually slip and reveal that they’ve planted an explosive device in Agent Fixx’s safe!
