While checking out a strange, abandoned military outpost of some sort, New Order of Nevsky agent Nyssa Nevers finds herself face to face with the Ticklante! She thought he was only a myth, but by the time she realizes, it’s too late and she’s tied up! She’s apparently stumbled upon a decommissioned Plumenatti base that Ticklante is using as his new hideout. Ticklante doesn’t recognize her uniform and demands to know who she is.
Unfortunately, Nyssa chooses to answer with snark … causing Ticklante to respond by removing her shoes and tickling her big, soft feet! Nyssa cackles, guffaws and howls with laughter as feathers, fingernails, oil, the steel chopstick, hairbrush and electric toothbrush teach her a lesson in manners she won’t soon forget!
