Imperial grand vizier, Persephone Darkbringer (Abella Dean) is in charge of a special weapons project that will crush the Rebel Alliance, if completed. She is given command of the Tempest, an Imperial cruiser, along with her security crew (an attache, a Sith apprentice and a bounty hunter), much to the chagrin of Admiral Sydney Paige, the ship’s current commander.

But, intrigue is afoot when an enemy within tries to eliminate Persephone, and Admiral Paige shows signs of insubordination! Persephone’s bounty hunter, Grey, subdues the hit lady in an unexpected manner, then interrogates her in an even more expected manner … by removing her boots and tickling her big, bare feet! Fingernails, a feather and other tickle tools send the toe-tally ticklish traitor into a thrashing, apoplectic, laugh-addled wreck! Persephone and Raine C’baoth, her Sith bodyguard, watch in awe and amusement as the howling, cackling hit lady breaks in a matter of minutes, revealing who’s behind the plot to take out Persephone!

Next, Admiral Paige must be dealt with, and after seeing how well a round of foot-tickling worked on the Imperial traitor, Persephone knows just how to deal with the snarky, defiant admiral! DC COMICS PARODY! Catwoman has her eye on a priceless emerald, but superheroine Vixen has other plans for the felonious feline femme fatale! A fight breaks out as Vixen tries to stop Catwoman from getting away with the goods again. What should be a battle royale turns comical as Catwoman discovers that Vixen’s feet are very sensitive, so she resorts to stomping and even tickling them!

Not to be outdone, Vixen plays along and beats Catwoman at her own game! But now, Vixen is infuriated about having been humiliated with tickling and is looking for some payback before she takes her (literal) arch enemy back to Arkham. So, she straps Catwoman into the stocks for some foot-tickling revenge!

She’s informed Raven of her master’s secret weakness and the two conspire to use it against her. Indica has lusted after her master’s feet, since joining the school and Raven has promised her a chance to worship them, if she succeeds in defeating Sablique!

Sablique easily outclasses Raven in fighting skills, but all her prowess is completely lost if her feet are tickled or nibbled on. During the duel, Raven catches one of Sablique’s kicks and tickles her foot with a feather! Sablique completely loses it, cackling away and hopping around helplessly on foot! Later on, Indica distracts Sablique by running a spiked pinwheel across her sole! Then, when Sablique tries to finish Raven off with her “special technique”, Indica sneaks up and starts nibbling and licking her master’s bare sole … then Raven grabs the other foot and tickles it! Sablique is de-feeted in no time and dragged off to be put into the Sole Stealer device!

Once bound and locked into the device, Indica worships and nibbles one of Sablique’s feet while Raven tickles the other! Sablique howls and cackles, in a toe-squirming fit of hysterics!
