Suspicious of the laughter coming from next door, Reagan, Charlee's neighbor, sneaks into Charlee's house to investigate but gets more than she bargained for. Now the neighbor is a bit of a prude, having made some derogatory remarks about Charlee flaunting her body and especially her bare feet. Charlee has captured Reagan and has her bound with her hands behind her back in a recliner, her feet tied together with rope. Charlee has managed to tie her down and now she's going to show her the source of all that frenzied laughter. She slowly and teasingly removes the neighbor's shoes and socks, remarking on how she's never once seen her feet. Charlee starts tickling her with her fingers and long fingernails, finding out that her stuffy neighbor has very ticklish feet! She tickled up and down her soft sensitive pink soles, under and in between her long slender sexy toes and down over her heels.
