Jill Valentine is one tough cookie to crack. Dragging feathers and quills across her EXTREMELY TICKLISH SIZE 10 FEET UNTIL SHE'S HYSTERICAL hasnt worked so Ms. Raven is moving on to more intense techniques. Jill has been wrapped and strapped to the bed in her uniform, HER MOUTH STUFFED WITH A LARGE BALL GAG, and her long toes tightly toetied for complete immobility.

Ms. Raven doesn't mess around. She rakes Jill's soles with her sharp fingernails, eliciting peals of desperate muffled laughter from her victim and causing her to struggle wildly. BABY OIL MAKES HER FEET EVEN MORE SENSITIVE AND SHE HOWLS WITH HYSTERIA AS HER OILED SOLES ARE SUBJECTED TO A BRUTAL TICKLING! Fingernails, the comb, and the brush are all used on Jills vulnerable feet, with every implement and technique driving her crazy, BUT ESPECIALLY WHEN THE BRUSH IS USED TO SCRUB HER SENSITIVE SOLES! The poor girl screams with agonized laughter, gasping for breath and choking on the gag as the foot tickling goes on and on despite her muffled protests! Jill's extremely ticklish upperbody isnt spared either – MS. RAVEN VICIOUSLY TICKLES HER ARMPITS, SIDES, STOMACH, AND HIPS UNTIL SHE'S A RAVING HYSTERICAL MESS!

Halfway through the scene Ms. Raven removes Jill's gag so she can hear her scream. She punishes her upperbody and feet all over again, TICKLING HER VICTIM UNTIL SHE'S SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS WITH HYSTERIA! She finally breaks Jill by scrubbing her soles with DUAL HAIRBRUSHES, MAKING HER PROMISE TO DO ANYTHING IF SHE'LL STOP!! Her interrogator temporarily satisfied, Jill is left wrapped and strapped to the bed, gasping for air and dripping with sweat.
