Charlee Chase is such an awesome victim! She's usually the tickler but every once in a while, the tables are turned and she is the ticklee. Her big beautiful feet are incredibly ticklish, especially when it's been a while since they've been tickled. Charlee is sitting on the loveseat with her legs stretched out in front of her. Her beautiful feet are positioned right in front of the camera for tickling. Charlee and Elijah played a game of cards and Elijah won. He glides the vibrating bristles of the device back and forth against her arches, heels and sides of her feet. He uses it and tickles underneath and in between her toes, driving Charlee crazy as she suffers hysterically in agony. Charlee is left nearly in tears by the time he decides he's finished with her.
