WTFTF agents Stella Liberty and Bella Dahl were supposed to learn to work together, during this training exercise, as it turns out, but their competitive nature got the best of them. Now, the two are tied side by side as their trainer, Agent F. gives them something to think about … while administering the foot-tickling of their lives!
It seems to work, too. Though at first, they cackle up a storm, struggling against each other, they eventually try to save each other from fingernails, brushes and other tickle tools, by throwing their feet in front of those of their colleague! It only results in more torment and laughter for the brave soul (sole) trying to save her friend, but lesson learned, nonetheless!
