Penelope is a gorgeous, 6ft, blonde California girl. Laidback, cool and super ticklish! She’s another of those wonderful creatures that actually enjoy being tickled. Penelope has some of the all time best facial expressions, and even though she doesn’t move a whole lot, she becomes absolutely weakened with the laughter. She also LOVES to tickle, so be on the lookout for her in a ‘ler capacity soon. Here though, Penelope is given the works – from a test tickling of her soles and ribs, to the post and finally, ankles strapped to the table for some foot tickling. You’ll quickly see why she became an immediate favorite after the first scene!

L.I.O.Clips – Kryptonite Wreckage

So this was an attempt at Kryptonite doing her version of the “Tickle Me” game. She is not a violent struggler, but she is of some considerable strength. This scene is a little choppy, because she wrecked things. The leather strap which the rope was threaded through. Part of the stool she was seated on, which had the rope further secured. A piece of tripod, when she kicked the weighted chair her feet were secured to far enough to hit and knock over the equipment. Considering, she REALLY actually likes to be tickled, it was kinda funny to see her involuntarily wreck things because of how ticklish she is.
