Shortly after removing the socks of both woman, to then relentlessly tickle their feet with fingers and then feathers, taking various turns of how to tickle their feet. If they don’t reveal how to skip town, then tickler will keep going until the victims corporate. Eventually, after the various minutes of tickling with fingers and feather, one eventually breaks to tell them how they are getting tracked, and gives up how the perp can move freely.
