Jessica has Scarlet’s feet all to herself. Bared and upturned, Scarlet’s feet are about to become putty in Jessica’s hands as she searches for the most ticklish spot on Scarlet’s feet. Her toes respond fairly well to light scratches but it is Scarlet’s arches that prove to be truly responsive, particularly when Jessica wields the dreaded brush! Never satisfied that her ticklee has suffered enough, Jessica also explores Scarlet’s upper body. The results are nothing to laugh at. Unless, of course, you are a ticklish hottie like Scarlet.
