Leo’s feet are sitting defenseless in the air. A pretty boy with such pampered feet should know better than to leave them in such a position around Bowie if he doesn’t want to be tickled. Try as he might, Leo just isn’t strong enough to break free of his restraints and Bowie doesn’t plan to stop tickling him until he does.
