Rose’s face and body are incredibly revealing of her predicament. She can hide nothing. Her mouth opens as the sensation gets stronger, her breathing gets louder and catches in her throat as she makes occasional mewling protests, and her eyebrows knit and rise in a perfect and gorgeous display of damsel-in-distress.
She is now vulnerable and primed for more serious treatment. Despite all the preparation, Rose is totally unprepared and unprotected. For some reason, the Tickler seems provoked to be meaner to Rose than is typical. The reason is probably that her reactions are so delicious.
Again and again the Tickler leads Rose back and forth from composure to absolute helpless hysteria, and then back to square one. He caresses her to the brink and then digs in and drives Rose absolutely wild, laughing, flailing, twisting, panting. When his fingers squeeze her sides, scratch her armpits, scrape her feet and squeeze her legs, she totally flips out with thrashing and shrieking gorgeous helpless laughter.
