Sydney Logan is strapped up in a straitjacket calling for Dr. Nikki Brooks to free her. Nikki looks over her chart and decides that the tickle treatment Sydney is receiving is working well but she is not ready to be freed yet. The good doctor decides another session is in order so she begins to tickle Sydneys pantyhose covered feet. Sydney laughs and trashes about wildly as Nikki works her way up Sydneys legs. Sydney manages to squirm down off the couch to the floor but Nikki is not about to to stop. She sits on her patient to hold her in place while she tickles her feet with a hairbrush. Nikki thinks Sydney needs a more intense tickling so she tears open her stocking to reveal Sydney’s bare feet. Nikki oils up Sydney’s soles and continues her tickle therapy
