Stella Liberty is being held for ransom, and has been tied to a sturdy wooden chair while barefoot in her jeans and top. A tape gag seals her lips, and her captor has menacingly setup a video camera, and he explains it’s because he’s making a ransom video, and he’s going to show how serious he is! He tickles poor Stella while she’s tied to a chair, and she is incredibly ticklish! He works over her feet, her legs and knees, and even up to her stomach and ribs, causing her to laugh and beg through the gag for him to stop. Fortunately, he doesn’t want to damage his high value captive, but she is tickled fully and all over before he decides to stop so he can send off the video.
