After repeated warnings from her superiors, Kitty has shown herself to be very insubordinate. This is something that this institution will simply not tolerate. Therefore, extreme measures must take place to in order for Kitty to learn the importance of behaving appropriately. A committee meeting was held to discuss the Kitty’s punishment, and they concluded that a Level 10 tickling, the most intense tickling possible, will be carried out to ensure her behavior will be modified. The recommended duration of the tickling was not determined, but the committee felt as though a prolonged period of time was required in Kitty’s case.
To start, Kitty was in a room where a statement was given to her, informing her of her punishment that was about to be administered. Kitty was visibly upset and nervous about what was going to happen to her. And rightly so.
The scene then switches to Kitty in the punishment room, bound to tightly to the table wearing nothing but her panties and her heels. The person they chose to hand out the tickle punishment was me, because I have a strong history of being the most sadistic tickler, who shows zero mercy. I immediately begin mercilessly, and aggressively tickling Kitty’s underarms, ribs, belly, hips and sides. I smile with delight as Kitty thrashes against the restraints on her wrists and ankles. She pleads for me to stop, but I tell her I’m not stopping. Tickle torture is my specialty, and making her suffer was so pleasing to me. Watching the look of fear and ticklish agony on her face was incredibly thrilling to me. After I moved down to the foot of the table, I removed her heels to reveal her ticklish feet, which I proceeded to tickle ruthlessly.
Perhaps Kitty will learn not to be insubordinate from now on. Because even though the institution’s maximum tickling level is 10 for their punishment, I can personally take it to..no, not 11..but 20!
